Initially , my husband and I started off by taking the childbirth class, which was very informative and led us to seek the services of a doula. We were paired up with Carla and clicked with her very well. Throughout my pregnancy and all the way through birth, Carla was there for me whenever I had a question. As a first-time mother, birth seemed like a scary experience, and having Carla by my side alleviated a lot of my fears. She was truly integral to my birth going so well, despite it being an unplanned induction. If I ever... read more

I attended the Prepare for Better Birth class and it was amazing. I received more information from this class than my OB Doctor! At the end of the class we all received notes too! If you’re a first parents this is the class for you!

My impregnator and I took the better birthing class and had a great experience. We are so grateful for the amazing experience we had with Central Carolina Doulas sibling care support. Taylor instantly made me feel comfortable and was so amazing with our toddler as well as so supportive of me. Having the on call support and knowing that our daughter was in good hands gave me so much peace of mind approaching birth so that I could focus on having the birth I wanted. We would highly recommend Central Carolina Doulas to anyone looking for birth support or reliable sibling care!

When my husband went back to work, Fatima would come at night so my husband and I could get some rest. Once my daughter was in a better place with her sleep schedule, Carla came during the daytime to help my daughter learn to play independently while I was able to do chores and run errands. Both Fatima and Carla made my early days of motherhood infinitely easier. Their knowledge and skills were vital in helping my baby and I g... read more
