They get 5 stars based on the original price I was quoted compared to the prices of fabricators more local to me in Durham. They did a great job working with me as the homeowner to cut the counter to how I wanted it. I am very particular. Where they can improve? I personally felt their communication was okay, I would have appreciated follow up text to confirm that they received a message and give me an ETA for a follow-up. I went to two other options before someone referred me to CCC. I was amazed by how easy it was with everything on site. I didn't have to drive over an hour to look at granite, and I didn't have to hire multiple companies to modify my kitchen for the install. Kenneth was incredibly warm and responsive and when I asked to see how the slab for my kitchen would be cut, Joey showed me his vision for it, and it was clear that the design was thoughtful and that they wanted the best for the space. If you are in to remodel your kitchen countertops this is the best place.. so many beautiful slabs too choices from with beautiful veins running through The natural stone 🪨 slab..! Joey, Mark, Kenneth.. are The best 3 amigos. Easy to work with and they are on top of there a game. This is one of The bathroom vanity's with a old sewing machine base..
These are our counters 1 year later. It’s been a lot of back and forth with this company but we were working pretty well together in the beginning. There were some issues with the initial install including: 1. Breaking the counter slab around the sink. 2.Buffing the counters too hard with a machine, causing streaks. One of the guys actually said that to the other as they were working. They told us they would take care of us and, though we had some issues, they would make sure we were happy.
