I have used them in the past and been extremely pleased. We have used them for two kitchens. But this time no. It’s not how you treat customers when the job is right it’s how you handle problems and make things right that counts. They get 5 stars based on the original price I was quoted compared to the prices of fabricators more local to me in Durham. They did a great job working with me as the homeowner to cut the counter to how I wanted it. I am very particular. Where they can improve? I personally felt their communication was okay, I would have appreciated follow up text to confirm that they received a message and give me an ETA for a follow-up. I went to two other options before someone referred me to CCC. I was amazed by how easy it was with everything on site. I didn't have to drive over an hour to look at granite, and I didn't have to hire multiple companies to modify my kitchen for the install. Kenneth was incredibly warm and responsive and when I asked to see how the slab for my kitchen would be cut, Joey showed me his vision for it, and it was clear that the design was thoughtful and that they wanted the best for the space. If you are in to remodel your kitchen countertops this is the best place.. so many beautiful slabs too choices from with beautiful veins running through The natural stone 🪨 slab..! Joey, Mark, Kenneth.. are The best 3 amigos. Easy to work with and they are on top of there a game. This is one of The bathroom vanity's with a old sewing machine base..
