pleasant folks from start to finish
These folks care nothing about customer satisfaction. Complete failure to communicate with us and each other. All 4 pieces of stone were cut wrong, they only repaired 1 and then charged us 3x the quote for it, leaving us to make up for the faulty craftsmanship of the other 3. Tried repeatedly to work with them on remedies, but they just blew smoke for weeks until we finally gave up on ever getting what we ordered. Such a shame, too, because the stone is quite pretty. Everything about our dealings have been very professional. Would highly recommend them for your countertop needs.
I have used them in the past and been extremely pleased. We have used them for two kitchens. But this time no. It’s not how you treat customers when the job is right it’s how you handle problems and make things right that counts. They get 5 stars based on the original price I was quoted compared to the prices of fabricators more local to me in Durham. They did a great job working with me as the homeowner to cut the counter to how I wanted it. I am very particular. Where they can improve? I personally felt their communication was okay, I would have appreciated follow up text to confirm that they received a message and give me an ETA for a follow-up.
