If I could give Nick, Dave, and the rest of this team 10 stars I would!! Another company came out on more than one occasion and left us without heat for around seven days in the bitter cold. Nick was out here within a couple of hours of our phone call and had a brand new unit installed the next day. Thank you so very much for getting my family and I back up and running with Heat before this snowstorm!!

So Central Carolina Cooling...they did an amazing job. PSA, please have your coils cleaned at least once a year. Mine were so dirty that they put too much stress on the capacitor, and it blew. It looked like a balloon. They replaced it on the spot. thoroughly cleaned the coils and other maintenance stuff. Great work ethic and personality. I plan to join their yearly maintenance program and all at a great price!

Chris Miller, an excellent comfort consultant was VERY thorough in explaining the upcoming process for an a/c unit replacement; personable, professional and detail knowledgeable. Timely execution - very next day installation was done with precision from two installers who also were excellent representatives of Central Carolina Air Conditioning.
