Very nice, friendly staff. They are attentive to patients, if they feel you have been in the waiting area to long, they will check on you, and find out what the hold up is. A very pleasant environment.
My wait time for my annual physical was very short. Both Dr Cates and her nurse, Karen, are very professional and very friendly. Dr Cates covers any and all questions I ask and I appreciate the support that is always there. I feel very lucky to have her as my primary care physician!
