We got a car from here a few months ago now and it is brilliant. I didn't want the headache of buying a car because of looking for them, travelling, test driving, admin, insurance, tax, driving it as new to you - and then sorting out any further niggles. However, I am.very very happy with this garage. The staff are very down to earth, helpful and friendly and their cars are all really really good. It made it pleasurable and stress free as possible. I recommend 100%.
bought a 2014 Mazda 3 from Central Car Leeds with a 6 month warranty. From the day I drove it away it had a master warning light showing and a problem with the speaker system. I reported these issues straight away and over the next several months I contacted them multiple times asking for it to be repaired. My daughter saw a Mercedes GLA they were advertising for sale, after speaking with them over the phone we arranged to drive down from Newcastle to Leeds to see the car in person When we got there we were greeted with politeness and a smile, it was a very hot day and we were even offered refreshments. We could see they had a good selection of cars and the one we went to see looked great and was exactly what my daughter wanted.
