The whole process of purchasing a car from Central Cars is hassle free and Majid and his staff i could not fault . I travelled over from Manchester to view a Jaguar XF on arrival the car was ready for me to inspect and take for a test drive . Majid answered any questions I had there was no pressure at all i called back the next day the car was ready for collection. I purchased a Nissan Qashqai, LP65OMG, from Central Car Sales Leeds Limited in March 2025, and within just a few months, it developed severe engine issues, rendering it unusable. Despite notifying the dealership well within the 6-month period under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which legally entitles me to a repair or replacement at no cost, they have refused to take responsibility. We got a car from here a few months ago now and it is brilliant. I didn't want the headache of buying a car because of looking for them, travelling, test driving, admin, insurance, tax, driving it as new to you - and then sorting out any further niggles. However, I am.very very happy with this garage. The staff are very down to earth, helpful and friendly and their cars are all really really good. It made it pleasurable and stress free as possible. I recommend 100%.
