I had a referral sent in march. I called and left a message and no one ever called me back. Flash forward to May, they FINALLY get back to me, only to tell me that they’re not accepting new patients as of May 1st. If they had done their job in calling me back in march, this wouldn’t be an issue. I would have an appointment. Instead I’m stuck jumping through hoops once again. If you’re looking for a doctors office that calls you back when you need to schedule, look elsewhere.

Next available visit is a month away. I could be dead by then .
