I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and transportation coordination provided through Call to Car with Central Coast Alliance. As someone who works directly with older adults, I regularly assist our most vulnerable community members with arranging medical transportation, and dealing with Call to Car has repeatedly been a significant challenge. Have been on hold for an hour. Terrible service. If you don't have to go to these people, don't.
