Alec did a great job! The process was simple and we never felt like we were dealing with pushy sales people. We love the new vehicle.
Giving 1 star only to be able to leave a review, otherwise I would leave 0 stars. We purchased a Cadillac in April of 2026. As of July 24th, the dealership had yet to provide the title. We were given nothing but a run around..."these things happen," "we've never not gotten a title," "be patient," etc. We asked Tyler, the general manager, and Toby Doke, to speak to ownership multiple times and were pushed off or blatently denied each time. I wouldn't even give you one star if it hadn't been for a fine young man named Dakota in your service department ! Friday at 3 pm we had encountered an emergency with our 2023 Escalade that stranded us an hour away from your dealership. Unfortunately for us that was the only Cadillac Dealership somewhat close to us so we were forced to have our vehicle towed to your shop.
