I wouldn't even give you one star if it hadn't been for a fine young man named Dakota in your service department ! Friday at 3 pm we had encountered an emergency with our 2023 Escalade that stranded us an hour away from your dealership. Unfortunately for us that was the only Cadillac Dealership somewhat close to us so we were forced to have our vehicle towed to your shop.
