Oil had been changed on time. Service advisor Bill was very courteous.
They kept my car for an extra day. They could not fix two issues that I informed them about. They did something to my rear windshield wiper and now it is stuck in the middle of the rear glass and won’t work. The service technician couldn’t give me any answers to my questions and directed me to his service manager. So I called and left a voicemail for the service manager as he was unavailable when I called. It’s been three days and I still haven’t heard back from him.
very quick and done correctly, 4 new tires installed with new tpms. I am all set for snow.
