I felt right at home immediately when I walked in the door. Dr. Connard helped re-adjust my hearing aid mold so it wasn't hurting my ear anymore. She also explained to me all the ways to take care of my hearing aid. Very personable and quality care!
Sheryl not only fit me with the perfect hearing aid, but made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. She helped me understand how my hearing loss affects me and custom tailored a hearing aid to help me. LOVE HER!
