Excellent gym!! Very serious, coach is fantastic. Recommend for dedicated folks. Usually accepts drop ins 7, 8, 9 AM and 5, 6PM

Great gym. Owner is beyond helpful. Usually open early AM, then again at about 5 pm to 7. Something like that. Tough to find, worth the trip, go visit instead of call.
I take my son who is Special Needs with autism to the drop in workout class on Wednesdays for special needs people at 4:00 in the afternoon. The owner is fantastic with the students, everyone has a good time, this is the best kept secret in the special needs community of all abilities
