We went to BSL 4th floor in the building for our son's OCI card, change of appearance application. We got all the documents on checklist. Now we are told to make an affidavit for Change of appearance that was not mentioned on checklist and no one told us when we called them multiple times.
Considering the status of healthcare in Ontario, long wait times over-the-phone or in-person are the norm. This clinic performs considerably well given how poorly public health is funded in Ontario. I have noticed that if you are kind and respectful to the receptionist and medical secretaries they are the same to you in return. Also! Dr.Agarwal is nice and caring too. Wonderful team. I always feel well taken care of when I visit. You can tell they have a lot to keep them busy but they don’t compromise on care.
I've been a patient with this health team for almost 30 yrs. Yes, I too have had to wait for long periods to speak with someone to make an appt. and in the waiting room for my appt. My health needs sometimes req'd and rec'd more time with a Dr., so I think about that as I'm waiting and I'm grateful that I have a Dr. in the first place. Our Ont.
