I am sooo happy to have transferred to this clinic. The staff are extremely efficient in professional. Al though the wait times may fluctuate from time to time. I find that this clinic is run very efficiently. And generally speaking, you are not waiting hours on end to see anybody. I absolutely adore my medical team. I really have lucked out on winning the lottery with them. Excellent quality of care
They never value any anyone's time. Will make you wait for as long as they can. Min wait time for most of the time is 50 mins even after having a confirmed appointment.
We see Dr Shilash. He is very thorough, very professional, but very busy, so most appts seem rushed, but still friendly. I appreciate his medical expertise and professionalism. He is Very good doctor. I appreciate that you can schedule appts online (not for new patients) and there is hardly any waiting and reception staff are friendly and accommodating. This has been our family doctor for years. Amazing doctors and always polite receptionist. It is a team so can see nutritionist, social worker etc.
Dr. Hui is such a nice, friendly, caring and informative doctor. Her nursing team are amazing!!! They go beyond what you would expect in terms of follow up and genuine care and concern, and they are incredibly friendly and sweet! The only downside to this office is the call wait times (the que) which can take quite awhile to get through.
