Horrible customer service. Just over a year ago I asked them to fix my exhaust. They replaced about a foot of straight pipe. Repaired a broken bolt, and repaired a broken hanger. Didn't bother to tell me anything else. Just, pay up. Charged me $225.00. Total bill was $1,047.87. Other work was done as well, $70.00 of that was just to read the code on my car. I did not look under my car to see the work that they did. I trusted that they would do their job properly and I wouldn't have to worry any longer. Fast forward to today.... read more
Called to inquire about a quote, and the guy i spoke with was very unprofessional and rude. Definitely won't be dealing with these guys again.
I came here after being turned away and told to go back to Calgary from another business as I was trying to get my tires torqued (extremely dangerous on their part). When I pulled up to this shop the man was closing for the day and told me to come back the next day and I told him not to worry about it and that I was going to Edmonton. Instead of letting me dangerously drive on the highway to Edmonton, this man said “well if you’re going to Edmonton I can torque them for you real quick” and proceeded to unlock the shop, and t... read more
