I really hate to say bad things but after reading some of the reviews, I will say that I prefer not to go back. I felt the bill for my pets was terribly high. I felt like they were double charging me for my cat. I took him in for ear mites and an exam. He did not get much of an exam and they wanted 880 dollars to "treat his ears."
