Great company. Great products!
One of the best outdoor furnace bilt
Very disappointed with dealers, product quality, warranty and technical support. I purchased a maxim 255pe and installation accessories in 2022. The unit was far more difficult to install than their marketing materials suggested. One of the heat exchanges was defective from the factory, but I had to fix it myself. The dealer I purchased it from was not helpful, does not understand the equipment and was down right rude. When I reached out to Central Boiler to express my concerns, they ignored my complaints. We have had nothing but problems with the solenoid going out & blowing 15 fuses over & over leaving us with no heat when we needed it the most. Jamie that put it in for us said everyone he put in the same year as ours had problems & are junk- we had to pay him to come & fix it, more money spent! The 15 plus THOUSANDS I spent on this & had to put more money into it just to make it work. NOT HAPPY.
