Appalling and verging on criminally negligent! Do not deserve 1 star! We were forced to use Auxillis by Admiral for repairs following a non fault 3rd party accident. Auxillis employed a 'professional' mechanic to view our vehicle- they must have xray vision as all they did was take photos of the bodywork and not look at the car properly! After being left without a drivable car for approx 2 weeks or a hire car, ours was sent to CENTRAL BODY SHOP in Bristol by Auxillis. Never had to use bodyshop for cars before but since having a nicer car I scratched it swerving from a speeding driver and scraped the back end on a low brick wall. Service was excellent, work done quickly and looks completely brand new now. Will 100% be booking back for alloy refurb very soon. Thanks guys! One happy customer 😊
In my car, I only had to do the rear bumper. They did it for two weeks. I am not happy because after the impact on the dashboard I had an airbag. They did not even delete anything. And after inspection I noticed that the tires on the front of the car,,PIRELLI", were changed to bald ones and with threads on the tire...
