Ross and Mark stepped up and helped me out after my '25 Tenere sprung an oil leak. I was on the home run after a 13,000km trip across to WA and back to Cairns. After noticing oil under my bike, I limped into Emerald and called in to see what they could do. Ross didn't even batter and eyelid and offered to take a look first thing in the Morning. Nothing but disappointment treating locals like rubbish because there not there to buy new products
Rung chasing tyres for road bike, no follow up on if they could get the ones i want. I rung again and was told they could get them, then 2 weeks later I rung again and were told they could not and sorry they had a bit on and did not tell me. Not impressed with the lack of effective communication. Going else where.
Don't bother if you want something simple at 4:50pm. Not even an attempt to take my details and call the following day. Poor customer service.
Garbage attitude from employees, pinched a rear tube, went back to have it done properly and was told they’d do it straight away. Came back 24 hours later and still not done. Bloke thought it was funny. Won’t be back and will advise anyone else to steer clear of the place. I definitely won’t be back
