I wanted to do a return on a couple of products that were recommended to me by a sales associate. They said that they don’t do returns, exchange or give store credit for products that had been used. I only used the products twice. They said that they don’t accept returns on products that have been used once. I feel that costumers should be able to get refunds, exchanges or store credit.
