I had been a regular client always with Alison, at Central Beauty for many years and as I needed waxing at short notice for a medical procedure, booked accordingly. The experience was terrible. Unfortunately Alison was not at salon on the day but training needs to be improved. The staff member did not apply the wax properly and on removal what should have been one piece, broke into multiple pieces which she seemed unable grip to pull cleanly. I’ve been going to Alison at Central Beauty for years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The service is second to none. Staff are always very professional and friendly.

I do not write negative reviews, but felt I had to comment I had received a $100 gift voucher for my birthday so decided to get waxing done as I am going on a short trip this week. Full legs, bikini, Underarm and eyebrows I was not asked what shape I wanted for brows and the little extras were not plucked. The staff are nice enough as are the rooms but I came out still with a lot of wax left on me and enough hairs that I will need to do it again and I don't have a lot of hairs to begin with Maybe it was because I had a vouch... read more
