I was very disappointed after my massage at Central Beauty. I booked a half hour session and received 20 minutes. When I questioned this Brianna informed me it was their policy to have clients out 5 minutes early to allow for the next client. I really feel this is unacceptable and false advertising. When I book a half hour session I expect 30 minutes, not 20. She was running late due to being on her own and having to answer a phone call which cut into my time. Very unfair!
