The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a business. I had an apt for my Golden Retriever mix on Monday, March 16th. I scheduled a full groom and a de-shed add on through their online booking services. About a half hour after I booked, I received a text from a groomer asking if the following day, Tuesday March 17th would work as they were full for that Monday. My puppy loves his daycare group and they offer wonderful training classes which has really helped. Love the pictures online of all of the dogs making friends!! Thank you for all you do and working so hard to keep the pups safe and secure while their humans work.
My Dill came to Central Bark one time when he was in a rescue, and they remembered him when I brought him in for daycare after I adopted him. They were happy to see him! The staff I dealt with were friendly and nice. Dill needed to come to daycare because I broke my foot and couldn’t walk. He was getting restless. Dill came home tired and happy. He will be going back once a week for the next 2 months.
