Having recently brought home a new canine family member, I'd been looking for socialization experiences for our new little furball. Our very first puppy play hour at Central Bark was a little lonely (no other puppies attended), but the staff were fantastic and played with our puppy for over an hour. They also introduced her to a couple of adult dogs attending the daycare service, and she had a great time. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a business. I had an apt for my Golden Retriever mix on Monday, March 16th. I scheduled a full groom and a de-shed add on through their online booking services. About a half hour after I booked, I received a text from a groomer asking if the following day, Tuesday March 17th would work as they were full for that Monday.
