I’m new in the area and looking into dog care services, mainly daycare and baths. I was the reviews and decided to stop by this business the other day to check it out in person. The first red flag was the way the staff was yelling at the dogs, they seem to have outside areas because i could hear them before i even got out of my car. Do you enjoy wasting over an hour completing a web based customer profile that includes uploading complete Vet records and pictures that jams, and then nobody answering the phone to help you. Then after finally doing all that, to be told they are not taking any new customers anyway? If you do, then Central Bark is your kind of business. It's not mine.
We take our dog to training classes, grooming and day care at Central Bark and absolutely love them all! Kristine is a fantastic trainer - we have learned so much from her and our dog adores her. We also love the staff at daycare and grooming - they always have something positive to share with us about our dog and help us reach the training goals we have for him. Couldn’t recommend Central Bark more!
Training Review Central Bark Dog Training classes have been amazing for my dog, Hugo. Kristine does an excellent job of providing ‘Parents’ with what is needed to succeed not only to pass the class and get them certified but also provides tips and tricks on how to continue training with your baby each and every day. Great place! I brought my lab in for grooming and to try the daycare. He came back wonderfully deshedded and pleasantly tired and happy from the day! Staff were welcoming and helpful.
