Central Bark is awesome! The staff is fantastic and my pups LOVE going!
The groomer nicked my dog, which I understand happens, however we were not informed if this until I called to investigate after seeing blood when I got home. His tail was not groomed at all, even though it was specifically requested. His nails weren't trimmed as they claimed to be. Furthermore, when I called to speak to a manager to investigate what happened while my dog was in the care of the team at Central Bark Kenosha, he was rude and unprofessional. Our Aussie is 11 and hasn’t been crated or away from us in years. We were going on vacation and Central Bark was highly recommended. I was worried like a crazy dog mom yet I saw photos and got messages that she was loving being with other dogs doing well.
