The groomer nicked my dog, which I understand happens, however we were not informed if this until I called to investigate after seeing blood when I got home. His tail was not groomed at all, even though it was specifically requested. His nails weren't trimmed as they claimed to be. Our Aussie is 11 and hasn’t been crated or away from us in years. We were going on vacation and Central Bark was highly recommended. I was worried like a crazy dog mom yet I saw photos and got messages that she was loving being with other dogs doing well. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I have a 3 year old, full of energy pitbull and we had a terrible experience at Bark Away in Kenosha (would never recommend that place to anyone) which lead us to finding a new doggie daycare and my husband and I are so thankful we found them! Central bark has staff that knows how to handle all different types of dogs and situations that may arise which made us feel so much better.
