This business canceled three separate grooming appointments, the most recent one being day of. The owner was unprofessional, Did not initially offer a discount for the third cancellation in a row And said that the groomer was unable to complete the groom due to being hospitalized, which is another point of unprofessionalism. We’ll never return to this establishment and highly recommend not going here for your grooming needs.
Coco had the best time while dog boarding at Central Bark. We got report cards every day on how she was doing and was able to get a groom as well :) Highly recommend for the Rochester area
