Cancelled appointments multiple times. Poor customer service. The fact that they have no record of me proves their lack of customer service. I have an account with them with this email address. My dog was groomed there multiple times and went to puppy hour. I stopped giving them my business due to multiple cancelled appointments. They cancelled once and we rebooked for 3 weeks later. We found Jazz over at Pet Supplies Plus and we’re sad to see that she left. We were thrilled to find her over at Central Bark! Our dog can be feisty and she does great with him every time!!! Thanks Jazz!

Absolutely love Jazz! I’ve followed her everywhere she’s goes! My dog has the absolute worst time getting groomed before but I don’t know what she does but she comes out looking great everytime!
Casey’s groomer, Jazz, has always gone above and beyond. Casey is a large dog and was a challenge for other groomers in the past but Jazz has a turned him into a pup that loves being groomed. Jazz makes him look and feel like royalty.
