I was very hesitant to board my dogs. They are ages 10 and 3 and had not been previously boarded. After investigating a few options, I came across Central Bark in Henrietta. I spoke with Phil on the phone and he explained their process to me. Everything from their intake evaluation to the pets daily routines. He recommended a few day visits to see how they would do. Central Bark Henrietta is awesome! I have loved and cared for dogs all my life, so I have looked at other doggie day-cares. Pebbles joined me three years ago as a two-year old 'breeder rescue'. She was and is a perfect fit for me, but not the show circuit. She has been going to Central Bark for almost two years and is having the time of her life. I first heard of central bark online. And I figured let me give this place a try my first initial call with Phil Went great, he was very professional on the phone and welcoming. After talking with phil my wife and i decided to take our pups for the day. The staff are great, Sierra is very professional sweat and great with my dogs, i also love the fact that I get daily reports Of my dogs day definitely a piece of mine. This is my first time bringing any dog I’ve to a daycare. I wanted to make sure to socialize her given our last dog experience something traumatic and couldn’t be around other dogs. I have a Shorkie (Shih Tzu/Yorkie) named Lulu Labubu. Anyone who owns one of these breeds, knows that they are very rambunctious, active, and walk to their own beat lol some that energy needed an outlet lol. Our dog, Chopper, loves Central Bark. The facility is big and clean, staff is nice, and Chopper always comes home happy and tired. The owner, Phil, is personable, friendly, and very flexible! The image updates through the day are always nice to see. There are many services provided by CB, from overnight stays, to nail trimming and other grooming. We have been very happy with Central Bark.
