We unexpectedly were required to board our dog when we arrived at Ft Walton Beach. First time our dog required boarding. Called Central Bark and Joslyn answered and went way above and beyond to help us. She even stayed over closing time to accommodate our needs. The facility was spotless clean. Inconsistent in pricing and work done. Asked for same thing twice in a row first time great second not all was done. No one offered to correct the problem so I canceled my next appointment and made another elsewhere.your answer was wrong I know the invoices are the same and no one offered to do her paws said trimming was more money yet they were done the first time and I asked for full groom both times and specified bath nails ears trim paws.same price but paws weren't done second time. Disappointed with the puppy hour experience. Website says it’s for puppies up to 16 weeks but there was a 7 month old puppy there and my puppy was timid so we had to sit behind a gate the whole hour while the 7 month old puppy got to run the show.
