Cold call, then hang up when told that I'm already in good hands.
I had an amazing experience with my Loan Originator and the entire team that helped me get my home. They were very patient and were always available to answer any question I had throughout the process. They were also very quick and responsive when it was time to start and go through the application process. I would recommend anyone to work with Central Bank to help get them their home.
They promised to match the offer and denied later raising trust worthiness question about competitive lender. This is so unprofessional and not at all trustworthy. 5/2 - This was applied at Online Central, A division of The Central Trust Bank
