My overall HELOC loan process with Chris Gilliam was excellent. Chris was very responsive in communicating whether it was via email text message or phone calls. Chris answered all of our questions and guided us through each step of the process. Chris made the loan application process quick easy and convenient.
Working with Steve was great. He was very quick to respond and answered all my questions as they came up. I had a difficult situation with my deed that needed to be sorted out during the process and Steve was also very helpful in guiding me on what was needed to resolve the issue. If you need a loan make sure you talk to Steve.
