August 4, 2025 I went to the drive up at this location. The older woman with black hair on the left side of the drive-through had the worst customer service I had ever experienced at a bank in my life. I will definitely be closing my account just based on this alone. I had a few issues, in which none of them were resolved, I had to call another branch just to get the answers I need because she shut me down and was rude and disrespectful.
