Been coming here for 10 years cashing my check on a Wednesday. It is dated for Thursday but now its a problem. Terrible look on you guys. Ill be banking else where. Banking there longer than half you people have had a damn job there. Wild. 🗑
The people here are great and wonderful and always so nice and eager to help you. My review was a complaint at first, but they reached out to me and went above and beyond to make me happy. A case of ask and you shall receive. If there’s something you don’t like don't be afraid to reach out because they will do their best to help you. These folks are top-notch and would highly recommend.
I give 5 stars specifically to Personal Banker Barbara. I spoke to a different personal banker at first about the $700+ missing from acct as it was compromised. She did not have a pleasant attitude and I was told that I had to make certain calls where the $ was spent and that she would start paperwork when I could come in, otherwise she couldn’t do anything right now. A few times the bank has put a freeze on my account without my knowledge. No alerts .....nothing ......on my way to work tonight trying to get food and gas and my card was declined. I had absolutely no idea my card had a hold on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Didn't get any kind of notification that they were blocking my account . Then have to wait til the next business day to even take care of this situation.
