David Barajas at Central Bank made the whole process of getting our business account set up way easier than I expected. He was patient, answered every random question we had, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Probably one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. They charge for everything including transferring money into the bank. I have had poor experiences with customer service, that is when I was even lucky enough to get a hold of someone. They keep “Your Money” tied up and tell you how much you can spend and when. I have been talked down to by their customer service representatives for the last time. I will be moving my money to a credit union.
