Very wonderful atmosphere with a very customer first attitude. I came in to open my first ever bank account and was immediately assisted by Mrs Desree Kapica; She made the process smooth and very pleasant while we got my account set up.
Everyone here is always so kind, especially Desiree’. She was so sweet and helpful! I would definitely recommend this bank!

Very sad to see the customer service I just received upon walking in and asking for help. The two ladies literally just looked at me- ignored my question for help and refused to even at the smallest communicate and provide customer service- then upon walking out they started gossiping about me!;,( Mind you I just need help on how to order a new card……..
