Eli Gresham assisted my mother and I today. We walked in without an appointment and she graciously welcomed us to her desk. We needed a massive amount of information and she thoughtfully and attentively listened and completed our tasks. We have visited with her on numerous previous occasions and were delighted to work with her again. She is extremely knowledgeable of banking and a true delight! I can see her working her way up to the president of a bank one day!

We have been long term customers holding personal and business accounts. We are extremely disappointed with how this bank handled some fraudulent charges on our business account, the representative only listed one charge instead of all three transactions made and ultimately the bank refused to take responsibility. We were left to absorb the loss, over $700. A bank should protect its customers—especially when it comes to fraud—and this experience shows a serious lack of accountability and customer care.
