My only gripe with this establishment are the hours of operation.
I had been with this bank for years, but the service deteriorated badly. When a clerk made errors on two international business transfers, my money was stuck for two months and I was charged $700 in fees that they refused to cover. On top of that, they would not provide basic account verification to another financial institution when requested. After this, I cannot trust this bank and chose to leave. Very poor customer service!
Central Bank is by far the best Bank I’ve dealt with in the last 40 years, everyone at the bank is so polite and pleasant to work with. Will Neuhaus has been amazing bringing Capital to our Business. True professionals!
