Dec 5th 2025 I pulled up in the drive thru and there was only one other vehicle so I thought no big deal. The lady says I'll be right with you and 10 minutes goes by nothing so I kept hitting the call attendant button to get service and nothing. So we're already sitting there for over 15 minutes with an upset baby in the car and I would have left if the lady didn't have all my stuff. Their ATM reimbursement fee policy sucks,its bad enough we have to drop off a copy of the receipt to the bank ,most other banks automatically reimburses you
I was here 10 minutes waiting for someone to get to me for a simple deposit, they weren’t busy and still took like that at like 2pm….
My sister and I were in the bank to do some banking for our parents. We had several items we needed to accomplish for them. We were assisted by Jolee Snapp. She was very courteous and kind. It made our experience at Central Bank very seamless. Thank you Jolee!
