Jason was great, sad he's not there anymore. They used to be better. Rose was not helpful at all, it's a shame this bank doesn't seem to care for the individual. It's all about controlling your money. When we needed it for our son's birthday, after depositing a local check two days before, we were not able to withdraw the little we needed , we had no outstanding checks or withdrawals either, because they are so slow with dealing with deposits.
