Jason was great, sad he's not there anymore. They used to be better. Rose was not helpful at all, it's a shame this bank doesn't seem to care for the individual. It's all about controlling your money. When we needed it for our son's birthday, after depositing a local check two days before, we were not able to withdraw the little we needed , we had no outstanding checks or withdrawals either, because they are so slow with dealing with deposits. We use Central Bank Branson WEST for my store. They are fast, friendly and do an amazing job! Rose always greets me with a smile along w the rest of the team! Thank you for always putting a smile on my face!
Absolute worst branch in history. Teller in drive through on the phone for ten minutes. Another girl comes and takes my cash and still sitting her. Not another form of communication. Simply trying to make a deposit. They can’t keep help, never the same person. This bank is a joke!
