Yeah I've paid my rent here for almost 2 years never had a problem and today there was a new girl there and I got charged the $1,250 at 1:00 or 2 p.m. when I paid it and then just 30 minutes ago at like 1:00 a.m. I got charged again for it because of something she done and now my bank is overdrawn $800 and the rest of the money I had in my account that it took also the 4 or 500 that was supposed to last me and my son for the next couple weeks and now we can't access it at all because of someone's screw up! Bad experience after bad experience. They don’t listen to their customers, I’ve asked for 2 months for them to opt me out of overdraft because I’m on workman’s comp and not able to work, well they never listened and now my account has been overdrawn multiple times. I’ve called and went into a branch to no avail. Was hesitant to start banking again after years of not having one and should have just stayed with GreenDot.
Enjoy good old fashioned customer service with a small town feel while enjoying the technological advances in the banking industry! Heather, Sarah, & Libby embody excellence in customer service! I highly recommend giving Central Bank of Oklahoma a chance thanks to these fine ladies!
We've been at this location since 2011. The staff are amazing. Great service. Can't say enough good things about them. We moved to Bixby and have an Arvest right next to us now... Central Bank isn't close to our new house so we closed our account recently. We will miss this location! I highly recommend banking at Central Bank.
