The tellers at this bank are some of the kindest people I talk to. Whenever I go in simply to deposit a check or get cash I get some of the best customer service. Even when I come in with many issues with my account I still get treated with courtesy and respect.
My mother has been with Central Bank for years until her recent passing this spring. Curtis Jones was so helpful in working with us to get her accounts closed out. He and his team were always courteous, efficient and able to work with us by phone since we do not live in Lawrence. We appreciate all they did to help us out during a difficult time for our family.
Central Bank of the Midwest at 711 W 23rd Street helped me out in my moment of need. The manager Curtis went above and beyond to help me upgrade and protect my account and answer all my questions.
