I am very disappointed with my experience today. About two weeks ago, I opened an account with Central Bank of the Midwest. During the account-opening process, I specifically explained that I would soon need to send money overseas. I was told that this would not be a problem. Being able to make an international transfer was therefore one of the reasons I decided to open my account with this bank. I just started banking with central bank about a month ago, I was banking with commerce but I quickly realized how much more helpful central bank is and specifically this location off of 23rd, I’ve gone in there about 4 times now and all the staff there have been extremely helpful and I’ve been helped each time by a different member and each one has taken the time to explain any questions I have and help me feel comfortable and safe banking with them.
Absolutely love the workers at this branch, always so helpful and have such a positive attitude when I go in. Christina, Dusty, Cameron, and Junior have always been super helpful anytime I’m at this branch.
Dusty Brown handled my transition and I could not be more satisfied. Highly recommend to anyone with a business account.
