Reactivation of debit card was flawless and only took 10 minutes. Tyler was helpful, cheerful and professional
Maybe if I leave enough of these the bank will actually fix their error. I now have a closed account in collections from these guys because they consistently fail to correct the issue they created. I had an overdrafted account, my error, and wanted to get a few charges knocked off as I've had a almost no overdraft, think courtesy for banking eith them. ( I did put 225K the last 5 years in their bank) Guy at customer service says no problem, it'll take a week or so to show and then I can go in and make.the account current aft... read more
Came in right before they were closing on a saturday.And they were so helpful and acted like it was no big deal that I was running them late
The bank and employees are great, but the phone system to reach anyone at this bank needs so much work. Not convenient at all that I now get to waste gas to have to physically go to the bank just to ask one very simple question that could have been answered at any other bank within 2 minutes.
