After specifically declining overdraft as to not spend money that I don't actually have, this financial institution is charging me $45 as a "declined item charge" after an online company attempted to debit $8 from my account which I did not authorize nor were the funds available. So, for their attempt, my bank of well over a year "punishes " me by this "fee." Not happy at all. The only resolution I was offered was to dispute the charge & possibly get a "refund" IF my dispute meets their terms.
