I switched to this bank thinking it would be a smart choice and have ended up losing 2 entire paychecks to this bank I have gone through every single step they have asked provided all information and documentation requested of me gone to multiple branched spoken to several different managers and bank staff and have received no information no timeline with wich to expect my money being made available to me as well as being questioned and having my questions ignored dismissed and disregarded and this has been going on for a so... read more
I receive a monthly allowance from S.S. of $1335 , this amount covers my bills completely. I need every ***** to make ends meet.If I fall below $4.99 , I'm charged a "maintenance fee" of $5.By $.01 it causes me to have an overdraft charge of $35...which they take $40 out of the next months check.I believe this needs to be look into as I'm not the only one this is happening to.I'm aloted $1335 from the government and my bank has no right to steal from me.

Terrible loan practices. Very unethical! I would not recommend this bank at all. My experience is too long to explain in this space.
