Central Bank has always treated us great whether it be with loans or setting up accounts. Only problem with being a small branch they usually only have about three employees working and if they're busy it can slow down the process. You may stand in line for a while.
The Ashland branch of the Central Bank of Boone County is by far my preferred branch. I will drive out of my way to visit this branch over one that may be more convenient. The staff memebers here are always friendly, knowledgeable, & ready to accomplish my banking needs of the day. I don't think I've ever used the drive through & not seen Shelly Lee with the most genuine smile shining bright. Good staff and service but the ATM does not consistently work, it was broken down again all weekend. If you use another banks ATM, they make you take the time to go into to the bank, wait in line, and present the transaction receipt as proof before they remove the service charge from the other banks ATM.
I love the staff at Central Bank! They are always so kind and helpful. :-)
