If you’re looking for a full service bank, not just one that will set you up with a checking and savings account, keep looking. We were told after a month of waiting that they couldn’t do a home equity loan for us because we had TOO much land with our house🤔. What kind of sense does that make? The house alone is worth at least 3x what we intended to borrow and is paid for. We’ll bank with someone who wants all of our business.
