I am so frustrated. I have never had an issue with this bank until now. They do not tell you that if you try to utilize the atm to deposit a check it will place a hold for a week and a half. I was given 4 different answers between customer service, and the bank themselves. Due to the misinformation I was given, by the time I got the final correct answer it was to late to try and rectify the situation.
