I have worked with this bank for years... I have maintained both Business and Personal accounts. When I was having a particular problem I talked with the Manager at this branch. He understood my problem right off, and was able to solve it to my complete satisfaction. I have worked with others at this branch and they have all been knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to do your Banking.
Had an issue with a deposit and John Pappas helped me out and was very considerate and did an amazing job!
Went in today because I needed a bank account and had to pleasure of doing business with Benjamin. His customer service skills were amazing. I did do my research, however, Ben was able to answer and assist with every concern I had. I read the reviews and have to agree this location is amazing
John Pappas and his team worked so hard to fix a problem I had with a money wire. They personally monitored my account and called me daily to give updates until the issue was resolved. An awesome team and an awesome branch!
