Every person I interacted with at this bank when needing to get a cashier's check was so very kind and efficient. Shout out to Theresa for helping me open an account and to John the Teller for his knowledge and efficiency. It was if I had been transported back to "Mayberry" where people treated you with respect and kindness, and treated their customers like human beings and not "numbers"! Use this bank if you want to be treated well!
I must say that I’ve never experienced a bank who actually sees me. I’ve experienced some financial set backs that most banks would not care about at all. Not Central Bank!!! If you’ve ever seen their commercial about being in a financial pickle or jam that’s me! They treat you as if they know you personally and sometimes they actually do…John at the Sugar Creek location is the absolute best!!!!
