Cathy Thompson is great! When my wife and I were ready to build our house in 2021, Cathy was awesome to work with! She helped us through everything and fought to get us the best interest rate possible. She was very easy to work with and broke everything down for us to easily understand. I canceled a service that allowed my account to be overdrawn by $300 the first year of covid. This service costs me $8.95 a month. I kept getting that charge each month after that and funds were still being taken out which accured overdraft fees. Each time I spoke to Hanna. She told me that funds would still come out that were scheduled. Recently, I was inside the bank and asked about my account.
