This branch has been incredibly kind and supportive to my father-in-law over the years. Recently, we needed assistance from the team to help settle some matters for him, and they were amazing. Jacob, in particular, has been outstanding—kind, helpful, and great with communication. He's truly an asset to the team. Thank you to everyone at this location—by far the best branch!
Experienced the best banking experience ever!! Met with Jacob Hendrickson, the Assistant Branch Manager, who spent all the time necessary to open checking and savings accounts for both my wife and myself. He was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and the type of person you'd welcome into your home. He spent 2-1/2 hours with us going over all the benefits of the programs available and I could not wait to get home and transfer all our funds from BofA to Central Bank.
