We have banked personally with Central for many years now. Recently we opened a business account with them. Katie at the Chesterfield branch has been amazing. She took the time to listen to what we needed, walk us through the online banking and even followed up after our initial meeting with some helpful material I had inquired about. It is great to have a branch so close and that the staff there is very friendly and professional. Thank you all for making this a great experience!
I've been with Central Bank for a while now and they've been fantastic. This location here has always been my favorite to go to, the folks here are stellar and always help me; they're always so patient with me even when I'm totally clueless and barely know what I need help with. My primary bank has always been Bank of America and they’ve always been great . I’ve never had issue withdrawals deposits or anything like that. I’ve recently opened a secondary checking account with Central Bank and it’s been nothing but a problem every time I go there to withdraw cash It’s ridiculous I can’t even get cash out of my Own bank account My deposits are always taking forever to clear too. It’s ridiculous. I can’t wait to just get my money out tomorrow and close my account
