Customer service is a dying art! When I stumble into it by accident, in the most seemingly unexpected places...it means so much more! Today I met a teller named Robin. I am not a customer of this bank. I am a contractor who was paid with a check from this bank. This is the best location to go to in Springfield!
My favorite bank!! Robin Scott is the most friendliest and easy to work with employee there! She is so nice! I’d recommend her and this bank to everyone!
Location is easy in and out (for us lazy people). Only place I can go where the tellers remember my accounts and cat’s name. Ms. Robin is great about watching my account and notifications of possible fraud. Live long and prosper Chesterfield!!!
