Dysfunctional. If you're reading this, just go to US Bank. I tried this bank because they were offering a promotion and they're just awful. Could not access online banking due to temporary password expiry, so told to go in person. Security questions for support verification requires details such as "On what exact day did you open your account?" and "What was the exact amount of money that was last deposited?"
