Hello! I wanted to share my review here too. I wanted to thank the person who very condescendingly answered my company policy question today, about paperwork showing that I did, in fact, close my account at a different branch earlier that day. The obvious lack of respect for others is gross. The fact that you had to confirm with me that I did close my account that day is the exact reason I was wanting the paperwork showing I did close the account—because you obviously could not tell on your little screen in front of you. Tried calling this branch for 30 minutes because they messed up my deposit and they will not answer the phone. Horrible customer service.
Central Bank is awesome! They make everything so easy and convenient. Love their team especially Andrew Q at the Campbell location. Andrew helped my minor son with his checking/saving accounts and waived some necessary fees. Thank you!
