Dysfunctional. If you're reading this, just go to US Bank. I tried this bank because they were offering a promotion and they're just awful. To management: You can't have abysmal infrastructure for your online services and charge to not use them at the same time. If I am calling support because I can't access my online account, requiring that I give details on the date of account opening and last deposit amount is the opposite of common sense. Friendly service.
I closed my accounts today because of this branch. Rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a central bank customer for 13 years and this branch pushed me to closing both my business and personal account. Smug and condescending managers and tellers. Steer clear of this branch. I will be talking to my sphere of influence and family to suggest other banks.

Security questions for support verification requires details such as "On what exact day did you open your account?" and "What was the exact amount of money that was last deposited?"
