I agree with the above review.... It was so much better when it was First National... What a shame after 27 yrs.. not easy to deal with anymore
I have been a member of this bank since 1999. Before it even became central bank it was first national. Over the last few years things have really gone downhill, I have had a few requested disputes for charges over that time, and they are no hope whatsoever. Especially my problems really increased with the Oregon Illinois branch.. I am really considering changing banks after 27 years. They have become such a disappointment

For decades I’ve always been very pleased with all the banking services provided me at this bank, however, my needs were always “normal”…personal and business. Recently I instantly was in the position to take over my son’s business affairs while he was in a coma.
