They dont answer the phone professionally, they are rude and will hang up on you Poor customer service!
I went to the back to open an estate account following my son's death. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes with no employee contact before reaching a teller. I was told I had to have an appointment to open an account despite the fact that there were no other customers in the bank. I've been a customer for at least 25 years, but this account will go elsewhere.
It's like pulling teeth to get an account, I'm just going to open an account somewhere else because I'm sick an tired of driving there without getting it done
