Summary: Avoid if possible. Based on my personal experience, this financial institution values profit above all else, including customers and reasonable service. As a result of conducting business in the Warrensburg area, another company requested a Cashier's check from me. I went to Central Bank, explained that I needed a cashier's check, and that I had cash on hand for the transaction. They then informed me that an account was required (per company policy) and that I needed to wait until the next day to receive the cashier... read more
