I have been a customer here more than 20 years. Service has been good for the most part. However, I went in recently to utilize their notary service for a probate case I'm going through (which I also have the estate account set up at this bank) and I was told they could not accommodate me. Something about conflict of Interest? My understanding is that a notary is simply verifying that I am the person signing the document. If this is truly their policy, I think they need to revisit that decision.
Very friendly and helpful people
This is my favorite bank! They could probably have the tagline "when you're here you're family," but it's already taken. I highly recommend the Max Money account, and I highly recommend taking advantage of the different ways that it can save you money. They will give you insurance for your phone...if you register it. You can get some great deals on food with your Max Money account as well, even though the Pizza Place has forgotten they signed up for that coupon.
