Took my car for a service here, my dash cam documented a worker recording the inside of my vehicle on his phone, joking about its interior, WHILST DRIVING MY VEHICLE! Anyone else think that is a major safety risk? 🤷♀️🤔 Workers made fun of my appearance and said hurtful things based on stereotypes. If you want a professional fixing your car, don’t go here, it seems at Central Ballina Service Centre they hire children. Will not be returning.
Really kind and good mechanics! I came in for a strange noise with my car. In less than an hour they completed the diagnostics and found the problem. Then, they fixed it straight away for a really fair price. I recommend!
