New patient on my first visit and due to reasons beyond my control I was running 3-5 minutes behind for my 1:15 appointment I arrived at 1:19 with my new patient packet already fill out. I pulled up to an empty parking lot and one patient in the waiting room... of course I was told I would need to reschedule (with an attitude).
